    on 6th August, 1945.

    A memorial service to ease the spirits of the
    victims of carnage on 14th August, 1945 in
    northeastern China. More than 1,000 refuging
    women and children were killed by the army
    of the then Soviet Union.

    Also, "soba" or buckwheat noodles are served.
